Making A Purchase: We accepted all major credit cards Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, Mastercard Debit & PayPal. Standard processing takes 1 to 2 business days. We are verified by Visa & Mastercard Secure code schemes. VAT is charged to all customers at 20%.

Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss options. Our new 'pre-order' option means that you can purchase items that are limited or out of stock in advance. We will be prioritising pre-orders on a first-come-first-served basis. You will receive an email as soon as your item is ready to ship. Items that are out of stock and available to purchase in advance are marked on the product's page. While we do our utmost to ensure delivery times are achieved, there may be unforeseen delays. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any queries with your order.

Guarantee: All of our products have a 1-year warranty and can be returned free of charge within 28 days, please contact us to arrange a return. After 28 days all carriage costs must be borne by the customer and returns that are not in a saleable condition will result in a credit of 60%. Warranty exclusions include but are not limited to failure to report defect in the warranty period, damage due to improper use or misapplication, the substitution of parts, and or a lack of proper maintenance. Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
