Breaking Brave Swings

We do get emails from customers who have bent our swings.
What we do then is send them replacement parts.
They seem very happy to receive them.
The implication is that - even those people who overload our swings - are happy to continue to use our swings.
This is because our swings are very tough.
But even tough stuff can be bent.
