Breaking Our Stuff

We do get emails from customers who have bent our stuff.
What we do then is send them replacement parts.
They seem very happy to receive them.
The implication is that - even those people who overload our stuff - are happy to continue to use our stuff.
This is because our stuff is very tough.
But even tough stuff can be bent.
